I bought some today. I've never had bresaola before. Volpi sells the
end pieces for 50% off. My cat sure thought it smelled good, and she
begged, but there is no way she could have chewed it.

That reminds me of the time I made a steak salad and the cockroaches
were going crazy, swinging back and forth on the bottom of the cabinet
door above the oven. I had to be very careful none of them dropped in
and succeeded. It turned out pretty good. My guests gobbled it up. I
chose wisely with that recipe. One of my guests was a five star chef
from out northeast.
