I haven't had a honest-to-God casserole in over twenty years. My wife
got all excited about a hamburger/tater-tot casserole that her oldest
friend told her about and made this.

Classic stuff, looks tasty.

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
1 bag (32 oz) Ore-Ida™ Tater Tots™ frozen potatoes (I just used the
store brand)
2 tablespoons sliced green onions


Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13×9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish
with cooking spray.
2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium-high
heat 8 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Reduce
heat to medium; stir in chiles, soup, sour cream and salt until well
blended.
3. Place half of the tater tots in single layer on bottom of baking
dish. Pour beef mixture on top. Top with 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese,
then with remaining tater tot, then with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
4. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and tater tots
are lightly browned. Top with green onions.

I've never had tuna casserole. Thankfully it was not something my
mother ever made. Canned tuna has never appealed to me. My cat turned
her nose up at it, too, when the veterinarian suggested I hide a pill
for her in some canned tuna. The cat looked at me like I was crazy. LOL

Casseroles include baked mac & cheese and the occasional scalloped
potatoes or potatoes au gratin. Unless you count lasagna as a
casserole. Oh that's right, lasagna is a casserole! :)

I've never had tuna casserole.  Thankfully it was not something my
mother ever made.  Canned tuna has never appealed to me.  My cat turned
her nose up at it, too, when the veterinarian suggested I hide a pill
for her in some canned tuna.  The cat looked at me like I was crazy. LOL

I like them well enough (though yo didn't ask me) and I've seen lots of
tater tot casseroles but never made one. Meantime Don wants a
leftovers night so I'm happy! Nothing has been defrosted long enough
to hit the bit-bin over a day. Casserole tomorrow, whiting next day
likely.

Kangaroo. It's funny that all the folks who are posting about my
appearance have not included pictures of themselves. I've lost 35
pounds since that photo, so I no longer look like CK. I do look good
enough to have procured a very attractive wife, and that matters a lot
more than the opinions of a bunch of anonymous folks here, most of whom
are not very good at cooking.

And tater tot casserole *is* trashy.

I wonder if it wouldn't be more efficient to define the set of not-trash,
and then just assume that all the rest are trash? That way, bryan could
post a short list of non-trash people, and we would then all know that
everyone not on the list is by default trash according to bryan.
Lol, the Rules of Bryan, it has a certain Pythonish ring to it...
It sure does! I'm just glad I can help Bryan become more effective in his
life with some good advice! =) I imagine that he will then summarize his

Wow! 60 days? That's nothing! I've read horror stories in the news, where
other tenants had junkies living next door, leaving needles all over the
place, scaring children, and generally running around in the stairs
screaming.

And what happened after complaints?

Nothing, of course! So they just keep on living there, not paying the
rent, and they cannot be evicted because they would not be able to take
care of themselves, so the tenant bears the cost.

In spain, it is very common with squatters. They also are protected by law
and close to impossible to evict. I do not it can happen, but only after
several years in the legal system.

So I Heard stories that in spain the maffia and other criminal groups are
offering landlords eviction services on the black market.

you are but when people are repeatedly caught in lies they have no
credibility. We have someone in our family who is a psychopathic liar.
There is a term we use, ATC, according to Courtney. When talking about
news from or about her people will say "according to Courtney" or just
ATC. It is a disclaimer than indicates it came from her so it's probably
not true. We can apply this to feedback from Kuthe. If something is
passed on as being "according to John", we can assume that it is a lie.

I made meatloaf last night. Everything does need something. I didn't use
any herbs but I did add some flavor enhancers. dehydrated onions,
ketchup, beef paste, mustard, oyster sauce, and pepper. No salt was
added as the beef paste contains enough salt. I also added an egg and
