Cactus in the avocado salsa

Tomatillos, avocado, serranos, garlic cloves, a little bit of cactus and
some salt. Everything was boiled thoroughly and then blended except the
avocado, which was added last to the blender. I boiled five serranos,
but only used two. Most folks would probably be happier with one.

Truthfully, I didn't start out intending to make avocado salsa. If I
had used only one serrano, I'd have used just a little avocado, but the
heat was a bit much, so I kept adding avocado until I used the whole thing.
