Its like just walking back 50 or 100 years the way it is cooked. Nice
that they keep the traditions going.

Yes. Great food traditions are still carried on on these Sea Islands.

Heartless that you say not a word about:

Mayorkas bemoans lack of FEMA cash for hurricanes after spending nearly
$1 billion on migrant crisis
Though resources are running short for Americans displaced by Helene,
the agency spent big on a program providing "humanitarian services to
noncitizen migrants."

Now burn in HELL, leftard motherfucker!

Nothing like posting a splashy video from a man who eats for a dozen and
turns gluttony into an art form of sorts.

Your tone deafness to real human suffering around you is again confirmed.

I'd asked if Gullah fit and it did. Next message showed it. I'm now
watching Bill Green do pan fried (slow) chicken and liking it. Might
try that simpler method.

Love the cast iron cookery!

It's interesting, even said in jest, the fact of what you shared is all
true.

The man does not carry grudges against those who are not his party line
voters.

If anything he goes out of his way to recruit and explain to them his
positions.

And he is always willing to listen and share.

how authoritarian and dangerous the democrats have become. They are a

A fair question.

It's not the avoidance, it's the recognition. Once you begin to learn
key brainwashing phraseology and methodology it is easy to be come
objective about the matrix, to an extent anyway...

What is your secret? A strict diet of usenet only? ;)
1. I read physical books.
2. I pray.
3. I do martial arts.
4. I meditate.
5. I have studied hypnosis and how it works.
6. I eat clean and workout.
7. TV and film consumption is limited to non-fiction.
8. I spend time in nature.
9. I treat uselessnet as a worthy but corrupted matrix sparring partner
(good guess by you!).

The critical goal is to use what you have to immerse yourself in solid
reality, not electronic visual chaos and programming.

Today for instance I revived and saved a small finch who'd cold-conked
himself on a nearby window. By applying droplets of fresh water and
prayer and finding a welcoming tree crotch I was able to do the
Creator's will and return him to wellness.

Each instance in which we interface with nature and become partners is
one less brick in the wall of media indoctrination.

As a fisherman you do the same things that I do, just in a different
environment.

And hiking - lots of hiking!

1. I read physical books.
This is excellent! It saddens me that the nr of young who read regularly
is decreasing where I am. Instead they are glued to their phones, and
then people wonder, why they are so unhappy? I think I know the answer
to that.
Post by Rock Stolid
2. I pray.
3. I do martial arts.
Good exercise! When I was young(er) I practiced boxing. One of the best
life skills I've ever learned. It teaches you grit and fighting spirit.
Since it is "western" many people look down upon it and do not call it a
martial art. My take on that is, that step into the ring, and you for
sure will discover that there is a martial arts side to it.
Post by Rock Stolid
4. I meditate.
5. I have studied hypnosis and how it works.
6. I eat clean and workout.
This is also a thought I always have. If we would assume that the world
population got proper diet, sleep and exercise, how much would mental
illness decrease? And since the mind and body is connected, how much
would then physical illness increase?

I am a big fan of preventive care, and it is my firm belief that fixing
these three things, and teaching them in schools, and really creating
the habit among children and youngsters, would be a huge benefit to
society.
Post by Rock Stolid
7. TV and film consumption is limited to non-fiction.
This is a weakness of mine! On average I probably watch 1 hour or so of
documentaries/series per day. I try to decrease it, but I do love
documentaries.
Post by Rock Stolid
8. I spend time in nature.
9. I treat uselessnet as a worthy but corrupted matrix sparring partner (good

I agree, this is key. When I was young, the computer would consume up to
16 hours or more of my day. It was great for skill development, but not
the best choice in terms of health. Today, It is probably half that, on
the other hand, I'm towards my way to grow old, so maybe that has
something to do with it?

On that theme, I really enjoy teaching the young.

This is very beautiful and a perfect contrast with the horrible news I
see daily from the war in Ukraine. You are surely doing the creators
will!

As a fisherman you do the same things that I do, just in a different
environment.
This is the truth! I'm not religious, but sitting by myself at 5 or 6 in
the morning, looking at the sun rising over a completely quiet lake is
probably as close to heaven as you can get on this planet. Very
effective meditation on the beauty of life in my opinion.
Post by Rock Stolid
And hiking - lots of hiking!
This is the truth! I try to walk everywhere and I avoid "micro-mobility"

This is due to the very effective media mind control and the use of
the hypnagogic awareness state to mind slave us to their lies.
But how do you avoid it?
A fair question.
It's not the avoidance, it's the recognition. Once you begin to learn
key brainwashing phraseology and methodology it is easy to be come
objective about the matrix, to an extent anyway...
I think this should be taught in schools. But then again, if it was, who
would vote for todays politicians? ;)
Precisely the point, bravo sir!

What is  your secret? A strict diet of usenet only? ;)
1. I read physical books.
This is excellent! It saddens me that the nr of young who read regularly
is decreasing where I am. Instead they are glued to their phones, and
then people wonder, why they are so unhappy? I think I know the answer
to that.
No question, it's junk interactivity - no memorization or thought
required. A consumptive buffet of indoctrination and visual stimuli.

Additionally with used books on Amazon one can rage against the machine
by using it to educate, not indoctrinate.

2. I pray.
Indeed there is, plenty of strategy and as the old saying goes (Mike
Tyson) "everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face"...

4. I meditate.
5. I have studied hypnosis and how it works.
6. I eat clean and workout.
This is also a thought I always have. If we would assume that the world
population got proper diet, sleep and exercise, how much would mental
illness decrease? And since the mind and body is connected, how much
would then physical illness increase?
The mind/body link is key.

There is much also to be learned from Ayurvedic medicine.

7. TV and film consumption is limited to non-fiction.
This is a weakness of mine! On average I probably watch 1 hour or so of
documentaries/series per day. I try to decrease it, but I do love
documentaries.
Heck yes - learn, not veg out!

8. I spend time in nature.
9. I treat uselessnet as a worthy but corrupted matrix sparring
partner (good guess by you!).
The critical goal is to use what you have to immerse yourself in solid
reality, not electronic visual chaos and programming.
I agree, this is key. When I was young, the computer would consume up to
16 hours or more of my day. It was great for skill development, but not
the best choice in terms of health. Today, It is probably half that, on
the other hand, I'm towards my way to grow old, so maybe that has
something to do with it?
Perhaps yes, that's a really personal data set that only you can parse.

Today for instance I revived and saved a small finch who'd cold-conked
himself on a nearby window. By applying droplets of fresh water and
prayer and finding a welcoming tree crotch I was able to do the
Creator's will and return him to wellness.
This is very beautiful and a perfect contrast with the horrible news I
see daily from the war in Ukraine. You are surely doing the creators
will!
I was taken by how tightly he clutched my finger with his feet while I
watered him, the trust was instantaneous and he was reluctant to be
coaxed into the crotch of the tree to rest in the shade.

Birds and the reflectance of glass are a terrible pairing.

I know there are programs in downtown Dallas, TX where volunteers
collect the dead birds that have impacted skyscrapers and catalog their
data.

Folks whinge about wind turbines (and rightly so) but the common
skyscraper is a potent bird killing machine and there are far more of
them than wind generators.

Each instance in which we interface with nature and become partners is
one less brick in the wall of media indoctrination.
As a fisherman you do the same things that I do, just in a different
environment.
This is the truth! I'm not religious, but sitting by myself at 5 or 6 in

probably as close to heaven as you can get on this planet. Very
effective meditation on the beauty of life in my opinion.

And for that you insure your good heath and perhaps even others follow
by example.

That is called life leadership, even if your initial goal was not to lead.

Did you know Trump's uncle may be the one who collected his notebooks
and personal effects for the Feds?

https://www.rallypoint.com/shared-links/did-trump-s-uncle-tell-him-about-missing-tesla-papers-flying-saucers

https://www.tesla-book.com/did-tesla-have-a-connection-to-trump

After Tesla died, the FBI was concerned that he had developed and
crafted designs for a death beam that could wipe out armies and aircraft
– something in 1942 American authorities did not really want to fall
into the hands of our adversaries.

So the government impounded all of Tesla’s papers and belongings, and
officers even searched the various hotels where Tesla had resided.

The War Policies Unit of the Department of Justice ruled that the
inventor’s papers needed to be scrutinized by military experts. To
evaluate the sensitivity of Tesla’s writings, they hired the director of
MIT’s High Voltage Research Laboratory, who, in the presence of agents
of the FBI and Naval Intelligence, spent three days reviewing Tesla’s
various boxes and trunks. The professor asked that one of Tesla’s papers
be classified top secret, which prompted scores of conspiracy theories,
but basically he concluded that the Tesla papers contained nothing of
value for the war effort.

This esteemed professor received the National Medal of Science, was
elected to the National Academy of Engineering, and was the uncle of the
45th president of the United States. While campaigning, Donald Trump
said of his relative: “I had an uncle went to MIT who is a top
professor. Dr. John Trump. A genius. It’s in my blood. I’m smart. Great
marks. Like really smart.”

Nope. Any type of demand, grade or something being hard seems to be
banned completely. This has already manifested itself in that companies
are loathe to hire generation X:ers, because they have no conception of
work, and that things are difficult, and that you sometimes need to
fight and work hard.

So when they come from our destryoed schools which completely fail to
prepare them for life, into a working environment, they get a complete
shock.

The other week in the news I saw that swedish gen X:ers are the most
sick employees in the job market, and when diving down into the figures
it turned out that they take sickdays due to heart break, or when hung
over, or if they played computer games til late at night, and don't feel
like going to job.

I do not understand how society, willingly can have contributed to so
completely stunting the growth of our young as socialist school reforms.

banned completely. This has already manifested itself in that companies
are loathe to hire generation X:ers, because they have no conception of
work, and that things are difficult, and that you sometimes need to
fight and work hard.
If it were all easy street it wouldn't be called work.

Wow.

But it is an old truth... as a business owner, my nr one enemy is the
government, and my nr two enemy is my bank. ;)
Amen to both!
Presuming they could barely exist without each other...
True. One way of looking at banks is like just another branch of the
government.
Absolutely - fiat currency was designed to fund wars and profit from
them, no other reason ended the reign of gold.

This reminds me of my grandmother. She would feed the birds in her yard
everyday, and eventually they got so used to her, that it was enough for
her to go outside at the regular time, and they would all come flying.
She was in the local newspaper as the woman who can talk with birds. ;)

History as written by the "victors"...and isn't it always...
Very beautiful! On my list, when I have the shelf space, or rather, when
I can persuade the wife that the shelf space exists, is an old
Encyclopedia Britannica and a complete copy of the Harvard Classics
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Harvard_Classics).
Excellent choices.
I still grieve selling my old World Book Encyclopedia from 1910.
I need to guard my treasures well! Sometimes the wife hints at that she
will sell them behind my back, since we have so much "garbage" lying
around the apartment.

I think I need to build myself a fortress of solitude quickly in order
to save my children!

Not only do they look good, they contain many beautiful works, and the
joy of an older Encyclopedia Britannica is that it is in print, so very
difficult to censor and rewrite in these woke and ideological times!
This is so true, and for very thin paper it was robust, resistant to tears
and yellowing.

My guess is that Trump will abandon his efforts of trying to squeeze out
votes from the Americans and instead focus on just overthrowing the
United States of America on or before January 6th, 2025. Ironically, it
might be the best chance for da Hawaiians to regain their Kingdom.

What is yoose, stoopid? The issue of Hawaiian sovereignty should not be
determined by da Aussies or hillbillies or non-natives, but by the

As far as I know, the SCOTUS has been already packed and ready to let
Trump do whatever he chooses to do. The House is already under the
control of Trump, who calls the shots. The balance of power and the
adversarial relationship of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial,
branches are not working properly.

All that needs to be in place is the Legislative and Judicial branches
to be beholding to the President and you can kiss your republic of the
people, by the people, and for the people, goodbye.

Da Hawaiians had a lot of troubles with immigrants. Those new guys
didn't care for Hawaiian culture and the Hawaiian people and tried to
change everything. They killed off most of the Hawaiians and nearly
killed off the language and culture. In the end, the descendants of the
immigrants just stole the entire Kingdom. Those guys really needed to go
back to where they came from - the mainland.

The Hawaiian islands were stolen from the Hawaiians by rich American
businessmen. A rich American businessman could do the same thing to the
American people. Now that would be something. As it goes, the American
Republic could end up being just a small footnote in the history books.

need to do is pack SCOTUS, end the Electoral College and keep importing
illegals and whammo - nation over.
As far as I know, the SCOTUS has been already packed and ready to let
Trump do whatever he chooses to do.
Replace "packed" with expand - as in really pack in with marxist dems:

https://www.markey.senate.gov/news/press-releases/05/16/2023/sen-markey-rep-johnson-announce-legislation-to-expand-supreme-court-restore-its-legitimacy-alongside-sen-smith-reps-bush-and-schiff

'Washington (May 16, 2023) – Today, Senators Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.),
Tina Smith (D-Minn.) and Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), and Representatives
Jerrold Nadler (NY-12), Hank Johnson (GA-04), Cori Bush (MO-01), and
Adam Schiff (CA-30) announced the reintroduction of the Judiciary Act of
2023, legislation that would expand the Supreme Court by adding four
seats to create a 13-Justice bench."

Unnecessary for any other purpose than monolithic Uniparty control.

As for "letting Trump do whatever he chooses" - did that happen before?

Has it happened since in their rulings?

https://www.washingtonpost.com/outlook/2020/07/20/trump-has-worst-record-supreme-court-any-modern-president/

Since Roosevelt’s administration, presidents have won roughly two-thirds
of their cases. During the Reagan years, the presidential victory rate
reached 75 percent — which turned out to be the high-water mark. Each
succeeding president has scored worse than that, bottoming out with Trump.

I think this is just as true of many island nations and indigenous
cultures, but certainly no less so of yours.
Post by dsi1
The Hawaiian islands were stolen from the Hawaiians by rich American
businessmen. A rich American businessman could do the same thing to the
American people. Now that would be something.
Hint - you recall JD Rockefeller, the Vanderbilts, Fords, and a host of

"They" have been screwing US for a good damned long time!

Nothing new under this sun.

And now we have Bill Gates making a run on domestic farmland and

If so it will be a take-down orchestrated and deployed by Obammy's

This nation has been Dem-FUCKED into a state of just about complete

it...like...a...BOSS!
Oh yes. I expect the storm to benefit Trump greatly, since Camela will
probably not impress with her crisis management skills.
Oh but she makes the photo-op phone call to a local official who has to
grit
his teeth and thank her for all FEMA is doing...it was a grim performance of
show and tell.
I think stunts like that is exactly what will propel Trump to victory.
Regular people will just look at the property damage and the situation
they are in, then they'll look at hos much Camela has helped them, and
then they will vote for our great leader Trump for real and lasting
change for the better! =)
My guess is that Trump will abandon his efforts of trying to squeeze out
votes from the Americans and instead focus on just overthrowing the
United States of America on or before January 6th, 2025. Ironically, it
might be the best chance for da Hawaiians to regain their Kingdom.

I'm not a wishing or praying kind of guy. I just state the facts. The
facts is that there could be a second American Civil War on or about
January 6. Unlike the first civil war, this one's not based on any kind
of ideological basis. It's not based on economic strife. The new
American Civil War will be fought for the benefit of a single rich
American.

Da Hawaiians know that it's never good to place the fate of your country

OTOH, you could say that I'm praying that I'm wrong about this. It would
be nice for a change.

This most important thing for Vlad is that Trump win the election. He'd
love civil war in America as well as the chaos it will bring to Europe.
I don't think China wants Trump to win. The Chinese mostly value

You don't know a thing about Hawaii, America, and now you can add China
to the countries about which you are ignorant. Chinese civilization has
been around for over 5 thousand years. How long has your civilization
been around? The Chinese know a thing or two about stability and order.

The Chinese and Americans are major trading partners. Obviously, they
don't want anything to mess that up. The market, free or otherwise does
not operate well in chaos.

Good line but I think it does operate well in chaos (of its own minting)
because it is the supreme form of chaos.

One look in any trading pit confirms:

Also, Jill isn't a white supremacist like Dave and she's also not as

can to prolong the war in ukraine to keep both europe and russia busy,
while they take over africa.

In order not to have the US being dragged into the war, it is essential
that we crown our leader Trump king of the US. That's the only
sustainable, long term way.

Once europe has finished the war, the US will join europe for a final,
joint strike against a weakened russia, to depose Putin.

Then russia will be defanged, the western part will join europe, and the
eastern part will shatter into many small durka-durka-stans, without
weapons or resources, and probably be ruled by tiny, small dictators for
the next 20-40 years.

Note that the above has been scientifically proven!

My guess is that Trump will abandon his efforts of trying to squeeze out
votes from the Americans and instead focus on just overthrowing the
United States of America on or before January 6th, 2025.
Ironically, it
might be the best chance for da Hawaiians to regain their Kingdom.
You have it backwards - the usurpers are already in office, all they
need to do is pack SCOTUS, end the Electoral College and keep importing
illegals and whammo - nation over.
As far as I know, the SCOTUS has been already packed and ready to let
Trump do whatever he chooses to do.
https://www.markey.senate.gov/news/press-releases/05/16/2023/sen-markey-rep-johnson-announce-legislation-to-expand-supreme-court-restore-its-legitimacy-alongside-sen-smith-reps-bush-and-schiff

The House is already under the
control of Trump, who calls the shots.
Impossible, he is not President now.

The balance of power and the
adversarial relationship of the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial,
branches are not working properly.
That's due to the activist DAs Soros bought and the lunatic left wing
Judges the Dems appointed.
Post by dsi1
All that needs to be in place is the Legislative and Judicial branches
to be beholding to the President and you can kiss your republic of the
people, by the people, and for the people, goodbye.
That seems to be where we are right now, an open border/refugee-packed
lawless zone with all our tax monies siphoned off t care for them or buy
Ukraine more missiles and ammunition.
So who are all these warmongers?
Almost completely (but not quite) Dems.

I think this is just as true of many island nations and indigenous
cultures, but certainly no less so of yours.
Post by dsi1
The Hawaiian islands were stolen from the Hawaiians by rich American
businessmen. A rich American businessman could do the same thing to the
American people. Now that would be something.
Hint - you recall JD Rockefeller, the Vanderbilts, Fords, and a host of
others?
"They" have been screwing US for a good damned long time!
Nothing new under this sun.
And now we have Bill Gates making a run on domestic farmland and
vaccinating the 3rd world to death, you have to wonder who is next on
his deathly rampage...
Over your way you have Fuckerberg and Larry Ellison divvying up paradise
and turning it in to a rich kid plantation again.

As it goes, the American
Republic could end up being just a small footnote in the history books.
If so it will be a take-down orchestrated and deployed by Obammy's
communists like Valerie Jarrett and the scum like Schiff, Nadler,
Schumer, Pelosi...oh stop me before I hit a stack limit to list them all!
This nation has been  Dem-FUCKED into a state of just about complete
failure, socially, economically, militarily, legislatively, really every
measure one can look at.
And Uniparty's RINO wing was al too happy to appear as the disloyal
opposition, but grovel for crumbs from Xi's table as the republic was
looted and sacked.
We have precisely one shot at saving things, his name is Trump.
Not one person can truthfully explain what Karmella the Kackler is or
who she fronts for, but her long time membership card in Communist Party
USA was surrendered the minute she went into retail  politics.
The dogma however carried forward, and now all our karma has been run
over by totalitarian control freaks masquerading as "woke"
emissaries..of...Satan.
be careful what you wish fro, because any party big enough to give you
everything you wish for, will just as quickly take from you everything
you need to survive as a sovereign citizen.
I'm not a wishing or praying kind of guy. I just state the facts.
I like to integrate this restrictive binary environment with the higher
dimensions.

What is "fact here" may not even be real there.
Post by dsi1
The facts is that there could be a second American Civil War on or about
January 6.
True.

Pelosi and Schumer failed on the first go, even Ray Epps and suitcase
bombs left here and there didn't get-r-done...

I expect full escalation for the next round - not one hold barred.
Post by dsi1
Unlike the first civil war, this one's not based on any kind
of ideological basis. It's not based on economic strife.
Sure it is - capitalistic communism done Chicom style and wrecked
economy where even a $15 minimum wage won't break the poverty barrier.
Post by dsi1
The new
American Civil War will be fought for the benefit of a single rich
American.
Just one???

Seriously?

Who?
Post by dsi1
Da Hawaiians know that it's never good to place the fate of your country
on rich Americans. That's not wishing or praying - it's just the facts.
OTOH, you could say that I'm praying that I'm wrong about this. It would
be nice for a change.
Damned straight it would!

The rich uberclass is primarily leftist, totalitarian, and infatuated
with making this into a Chinese "democracy".

That will not go well.

Did you know the Great Wall of China has arrow ports facing INTO China?

One ponders what that wall was really meant for, keeping in, or keeping
out...

My wife and I were talking about trains yesterday. Our son and daughter
in law are currently in Italy and are travelling around by train. We
reminisced about a European holiday about 30 years ago where we had a
rail pass with unlimited travel for 15 days. It was great travelling
through Germany, Switzerland and France. The trains ran like clockwork,
always leaving and arriving on time. It was quite different in Italy
where the trains were hot, dirty and dusty and we usually late. For
instance, we had stayed in Padua and went to Venice for the evening. The
train was absolutely packed and we ended up having to stand. I figured
it would have been bearable for the 20 minute ride but the train sat
there for an hour and a half after scheduled departure time before it
finally left.

Very beautiful! On my list, when I have the shelf space, or rather, when
I can persuade the wife that the shelf space exists, is an old
Encyclopedia Britannica [...] the> joy of an older Encyclopedia Britannica
is that it is in print, so very difficult to censor and rewrite
I've been wondering what to with my 1967 EB if I 'downsize'.

Is there seriously a market for this? I had to re-bind the Index & Atlas
due to heavy use by myself & siblings. Otherwise excellent shape.

I read them all once cover to cover over a few years aged around 9 to 10.

If the condition is good, the binding beautiful at a fair price, you have
a market of 1 person! ;) However, I suspect that the biggest cost will
probably be shipping, unless we can find a kind sailor to take it on his

Da kids won't believe that people used to learn about a subject from a
book. We had a set of World Book when I was a kid. There's pages in the
set that have never been open. Maybe there's an entire book that have
never been open. The J-K and U-V volumes are likely candidates.

Interestingly, World Book still does a pretty good business selling "old
- fashioned" print encylopedia sets...

WIKI:

"As of 2022, the only official sales outlet for the World Book
Encyclopedia is the company's website; the official list price is
$1,199. A company representative said in 2018 that "thousands" of print
sets are still ordered annually, mostly by schools who use them as
teaching tools for library research skills; public libraries and
homeschooling families are also frequent purchasers..."

That depends on whether you will regret it someday. I threw out a 1960
set of Britannica that came with it's own bookcase. I needed space, and
they were in the way and heavy. That was forty, or more, years ago. I
regret it.
Oh...the atlas had its own slot on the top of the case. I forgot until
just now. Many countries have been renamed. If I had the atlas, I could
find out what they used to be with glorious maps.
See what reality was before this one. Wikipedia ain't the Encyclopedia
Britannica. It ain't even close.

That depends on whether you will regret it someday. I threw out a 1960
set of Britannica that came with it's own bookcase. I needed space, and
they were in the way and heavy. That was forty, or more, years ago. I
regret it.

Wikipedia's much better, much more up to date, obviously. Of course,
it's full of facts. People like you don't like facts.

As your favourite philosopher says:
"What you say doesn't have to be true. If you say it often enough it
will become true."

I donate twenty bucks, every year since 2017, to Wikipedia. It's the
best synopsis of *now* that we got. Do you?
I'm honestly surprised.

When anything political is a subject in Wikipedia, it's political. It
may be a lie. It may be the truth.
Hell, *I* could edit a Wikipedia page. There's a simple mechanism. Start
by creating an account.
You are a bit too simple to understand this, but I keep on caring for
your future, because I care about you and your awful affliction.
I associate your philosophical quote to Joseph Goebbels, but I'm not
going to look it up. Do you know who he was? He didn't live too far away
from where you grew up. Was he a hated uncle?
It was a quote from Donald Trump. He's that guy who calls his voters
basement dwellers.

The fact that online is so easy to change, thus reshaping our model of the
world, is a scary one.

Having information on paper, does give us some kind of anchor and
protection against politicians trying to rewrite history.

I've read that in russia they have rewritten history (again) to explain
that Stalin was a great leader, and that Putin will bring back the glory
days of Stalin. Without any printed history, this would be pretty easy to
do online.

This is the area where I live.

LOL, I should have read ahead!
Not sure what "read ahead" you're referring to.
Jill
I'd asked if Gullah fit and it did.  Next message showed it.  I'm now
watching Bill Green do pan fried (slow) chicken and liking it.  Might
try that simpler method.
Love the cast iron cookery!
I heard that Jill left some dental floss in the kitchen
and the roaches hung themselves with it.

I don't fry chicken but if I did that's the way I'd cook it.
