My wife made Thai Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk. For many years it has
been one of her favourite dishes but one that she had no confidence to
make so I was always something she wanted me to cook for her. Over the
last couple months I have been encouraging her to make it. Her earlier
attempts were not bad. Tonight's version was amazing. She aced it.

Dessert was leftover Elmira Peach Pie. It is still nice and fresh.

For me it was oatmeal. The kitchen is in disarray from having a new
dishwasher halfway installed. Time got away from us and we were
unable to finish. There was a lot of cussing when he discovered
it really does matter that you hook up the water line before
the drain line. (Don't tell my husband, but next time we'll pay
to have it installed.)
