My wife became fascinated with a food post on Facebook. She had me buy
the ingredients, that we didn't have, and made this all by herself.

Noodles are replaced with flour tortillas. Then there are pinto beans,
enchilada sauce, Rotel tomatoes with chilies, extra chilies, hamburger,
onions, salt, garlic and cheese. I may have forgotten something.
I haven't tasted it yet, but she says it's good. There's a lot of it.
The Facebook poster put an elegant pattern of jalapeno wheels on top.
She didn't.

No decent cook would use flour tortillas in a casserole. They should
always be corn tortillas, but what can you expect from Mister Rice-a-Roni?

Quiet, Bryan. If I quit drinking Bud, the St. Louis economy will
collapse.

Looks good. Did it make it on the "make again" list?

If it's good enough to make again, please post the recipe (I don't do
the facebook).

It looks like you're using a different camera - it's a higher resolution
one. That's nice.

Our Mexican-American friend went to live in Arizona and left us with
black beans and taco shells. This looks like just the thing to use these
things up. That's nice.

My son and wife(?) went to Vegas to see a Tears for Fears concert.
That's so 80's. I didn't realize that those kids were so old. They're at
one of the local tourist traps. AREA 15. It looks like a lot of fun.

I made the pan taco. It was okay but the Taco Bell Taco Shells were on
the stale side. I just added more spice to cover up that off taste. I
couldn't find my can of green pepper - too bad. That would have been
nice. I probably won't make it again but I will buy some Taco Bell tacos
every once in a while.

I like it... by "green pepper", do you mean canned green chilis or
jalapenos...???

And some sour cream and salsa to "garnish"...???
