"... Hoosier joint...", lol...

"Hoosier" is like the "n - word for trashy STL white people... love the
term...

Years ago I was in a bar here after a Cubs Cards game (Cards lost)...

Some trashy STL chick was there with her husband...

She was bottle - blonde, overweight, and wearing a skimpy tube top...

They were drunk, and angry about their loss...

I comically LEERED at her, saying, "Oh, is this the latest in Hoosier
high - fashion... does your mommy know you dress like this in public..."

Her hubbie almost decked me, lol..!!!

I said to her, "Don't worry, honey, I'm queer, not interested in picking
you up.."...

I asked Jill's artificially intelligent friend:
"Having a yen for him" means having a strong desire or craving for
him, often in a romantic or emotional sense. The word "yen" originates
from the Chinese and Japanese languages and came into English to mean
a deep, intense longing for something or someone.

That one I knew. From here. I don't think it's Australian or British.

I just learnt "sprog" for child, British but from an NZ movie. I bet

I understood none of that. It sounded like ducks quacking on a pond.

That could've been handled fairly well with two filters.
Mark read any thread started by Kuthe.
Mark read any article made by Kuthe.
Then while reading, bypass any responses to Kuthe.

For me, he left the group long before the end of gogglegroups.

It was easy enough to deal with the small group of detractors who were
here only to hassle him, but just about every post ended up with people
replying to him. There was rarely a thread that did no see him
commenting and then the replies to his comments. We had to learn to
ignore the seepage.

For me, he left the group long before the end of gogglegroups.
He was along time resident of my filter. It started years ago, long
before he lost it completely. He was upset about an off topic thread so
he started replying to every single post in the thread with a running
tally of the number of posts in it. Based on what was harder to avoid,

People complain about off topic posts yet when you look in their posting history, you'll find they also make off topic posts.
Point out their hypocrisy and they get all indignant. Then they start the ad hominem attacks. LOL

And the "topic" in a group chartered for food and cookery is your utter
inability to adhere to the very "filters" and "killfiles" you claim to
have armored yourself and your sisterhood with.

Jill
Blah, blah, blah...

The endgame here is your need to tightly control the group down to the
non-food topics of _your choice_ be they cat worship or remnant pot
shots at Kuthe, Sheldon, or other former members, or your mock outrage
at David's love of his island culture.

What really chaps your hide is the utter futility of your herding cats
psyop - simply put you have plenty of kitties here who will break from
your agenda and respond as they see fit.

Wow. Now there's the real rub for you. The knowledge that no matter how
dutifully you call out these nefarious nyms and trolls you just can't
get monolithic obedience here.

But look on the bright side, by repeatedly trying to impose your will on
others (and failing) you have created a classic negative feedback loop
where you can feast on the loosh energy generated by confliction and
failed control.

And you are a needy loosh feeder, very needy.

I guess if this is what loneliness is you've at least managed to hot
wire a near dead medium with near dead poasters into a staggering zombie
apocalypse of sorts.

That's a thing btw - that is an "accomplishment" of sorts, rancid as the
aroma of it is.

Clean out your cat box woman - and I mean scrub the thing down and start
over, or remain a prisoner of your own negative needs and the
ineffectual warden of a ruined food group.

To that end the title of this thread - spot on.

😷 🤢 🤒

Maybe she could even be "Jesus":

"Models who look like Jesus are in high demand in Utah...

That’s because for a growing number of people in the state, a picture
isn’t complete without Him. They are hiring Jesus look-alikes for family
portraits and wedding announcements. Models are showing up to walk with
a newly engaged couple through a field, play with young children in the
Bonneville Salt Flats, and cram in with the family for the annual
Christmas card...

They charge about $100 to $200 an hour to pose with children, families
and couples at various locations in the Beehive state..."

O:-)

so he started replying to every single post in the thread with a
running tally of the number of posts in it.  Based on what was harder
to avoid, things just got worse and worse.
People complain about off topic posts yet when you look in their posting
history, you'll find they also make off topic posts.
Point out their hypocrisy and they get all indignant. Then they start
the ad hominem attacks. LOL
Got a real name, Ronald? Or did you just pop in to complain and start
attacking people? Never mind. PLONK.
And there's that indignation.

He was along time resident of my filter. It started years ago, long
before he lost it completely. He was upset about an off topic thread
so he started replying to every single post in the thread with a
running tally of the number of posts in it.  Based on what was harder
to avoid, things just got worse and worse.

Trust Bryan to search out a picture from three years
and seven months ago and bitch about it.
I have to wonder why Bryan searches out things that are (according to
him) "repulsive" and "pukeworthy" and then re-posts them here.
Jill
Uh...same reason you get all nostalgic for Kuthe and post about him in
his absence.
Nobody here, except you who just now mentioned his name,
is nostalgic for Koo-Koo Kuthe.  Having a yen for him??
I don't know anyone who is nostalgic for Kuthe.
On this occasion, I agree with you.

Please, the Jildo was all over him lately.

That's why I tributed his audio equipment, like those Klipsch LaScala
speakers.

I wood chuckle to see him and Bryan get after each other again though.

Shades of Gary saying that if Julie left we would keep talking about
her. It didn't happen, so every few weeks he would mention her in a lame
attempt to initiate some comments about her.

I liked reading about Angela and the lost cat.

Folks here have a low tolerance for eclectic is what I see.

And that's odd because they lap your fractured family tales up.

No it hasn't. I didn't say anything about her. I said only that Gary
said we would talk about her if she left and then he often commented
about her, hoping to get people talking about it. It did not happen.

I'm illustrating that no matter how shitty of cooks some of you might
be, there are worse out there. It's almost a compliment. And you
should be happy that you're not as bad at cooking as Joan.

Were does Bryan get the idea that he's a better cook than the rest?
Because he uses high oleic sunflower oil?

Also, Bryan calling someone else nasty, boosts irony meter sales.

I don't think any of the presidents or VPs seemed like pedophiles, but
Clinton associated with one, and Trump was even better buddies with him.
Those Secret Service nicknames are always so obvious that they serve no
function, and are merely sophomoric.

I have a nice late 40's era Hoosier cabinet between the kitchen and
dining room. It has a pull-out enamel top, and a flour sifter built in
that can hold a 25 lb sack of flour. I use it, and keep baking goods
stored inside.
