My wife loved the potato, and the salad that she made. She only ate a
small portion of the cube steak. I was happy to eat the rest. I
microwaved her potato, then finished it in the oven. That would have
been a good use of the air fryer, and there aren't that many.

Google Photos has a very nice set of tools to edit your photos to
correct for lighting and/or composition. I use it - a lot.

I kinda dig Bryan's "mood lighting" in his pix...

It was quite a revelation that one could adjust the lighting/color after
the picture was taken. Yesterday we had corned beef for dinner. I prefer
to serve it as a soup. The soup had some Korean beef powder in it. Holy
smokes, it was good.

That's much nicer than that blown-apart corned beef by far.

Post-editing pics is fun, but less so with Microsuck.

It's a new world of digital photography. My phone can even take pictures

Looks perfect for a cold autumn day! I suspect those will be here in about
4 weeks time or so. For the moment, around 21 degrees, grey skies and
rain, and autumn is definitely not far off.

This afternoon we had some "Sticky Toffee Pudding." I got it at the
store. To prepare it, you stick it in the microwave for a couple of
minutes. It's supposed to be a traditional English pudding but I don't
know nothing about that. It was quite good. My guess is that I could
make it better. OTOH, my lazy bones might be happy with just buying it
at the market. This stuff is imported all the way from the mainland. My
guess is that it won't be around for long so I better stock up on it
while I can.

Lotsa maltodextrin for that kinda sweet salty flavor.
