Begin by mixing the dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan

Begin by mixing the dry ingredients in a heavy saucepan.

You’ll need the following
2 cups suga
2/3 c. unsweetened cocoa (it helps to sift the cocoa to remove th
lumps
6 T. flou
1 tsp. sal

Turn heat to medium and slowly pour in 2 c. of whole milk, whisking a

Whisk, whisk, whisk while the temperature comes up to boiling.

As it comes to a boil, it will begin to thicken. This fudge is no
meant to be super thick so as soon as you get a nice, thick sauce
remove it from the heat and add i

and 2 tsp. vanilla

Turned out pretty good. Not McDonald
hot fudge, which is one of my favorites, but definitely a good optio
for serving in the future

Adding the butter and vanilla at the end after taking it off of th
stove, definitely made the difference
