What is the difference between a smash burger and a regular burger? Which
one do you prefer in terms of taste and aesthetics?

Smash is flattened right out on the flat top grill - and somehow they do
hold their moisture.

Best use - double or triple stack burger - leaves plenty of room for
condiments without collapse.

What is the difference between a smash burger and a regular burger
Which

one do you prefer in terms of taste and aesthetics
Smash burgers offer a unique cooking experience and flavor profil
that sets them apart from regular burgers. The technique involve
using a burger press to smash down the patty on a hot griddle
creating a super-thin burger with maximum contact with the cookin
surface. This method ensures a beautifully crispy, caramelized crus
while locking in the juices for a more flavorful bite. Season th
patty right after smashing it. Each side takes about 2 to 3 minutes t
cook to perfection

Regular burgers, on the other hand, are typically formed into thicke
patties and cooked on a grill or pan without pressing. They tak
longer to cook and may lack the intense sear and texture that mak
smash burgers so enjoyable. While regular burgers have their charm,
find smash burgers to be a tastier and more visually appealing optio
due to their quick cooking time, enhanced flavor, and the fun involve
in making them on the griddle

My two cents: the beauty of a smash burger lies in its simplicity an
the sheer joy of transforming a humble patty into a crispy, juic
delight with just a press and a few minutes on the griddle
