There's not a heck of a lot of meat on spare ribs but I like them. The
sauce on these is more vinegary than mustardy.

The picture is dark, but that's probably the bark
from the rub you are seeing that makes it look
burnt.

Pidgin is considered to be one of the official languages of Hawaii. Not
so much by the Hawaiians but by the U.S. Census Bureau. When I was going
to school, the issue of the day was the kids speaking pidgin. That was
considered to be low class and considered to be not suitable in the
educational environment. These days, the kids are learning their speech
through the internet and pidgin is a dying language. That's okay with
me.

some point, e fit make sense make person sabi speak proper English

No, I didn't. They tasted really good, though. Nice pink smoke ring
next to the bones and they were meatier than I expected. I still have
3-4 ribs left to snack on. :)

Looks good. I haven't had ribs in a long time. Maybe it is time to
remedy that.
