We took dinner over to my wife's parents' house last evening. This is
my son's plate. The brown stuff at the upper right is applesauce.

We still have two frozen turkeys, but by the time we finish the
leftovers from this one, It'll be at least a month before I'll want
turkey again. I made the mac&cheese with Asiago and Swiss, in addition
to the Cheddar, at the suggestion of my son, and it was great. Plus, I
bought some sodium citrate, something repeatedly suggested by Mr. Wertz.
It did improve the texture.

tested on laboratory animals.

"Most of the food described here is nauseating.
We're just too courteous to say so."

"Because the elements in Na3C6H5O7 spell "Na C H O", "Nacho Cheese" is a
convenient mnemonic for trisodium citrate's chemical formula..."
