I made the best salmon I've ever had. I seared the skin side in a tiny
bit of hot, neutral oil, then put on freshly ground white pepper,
butter, salt and parsley flakes to the top and poured in lemon juice,
capped it, and reduced the heat to low. There was just enough sauce in
the pan for a good spoonful over every serving. I also cooked a little
cube steak. After this afternoon's workout, I deserved it.
