A late breakfast of smoked brisket (50% by volume) hash with celery,
green peppers, onion, carrots, and potatoes, salt, pepper, sage, and
MSG cooked in rendered smoked brisket fat and topped with a couple
eggs.

The color of all the veggies and stuff got muddled, furthered by
the refinished garden stool, but this was better than expected.
