Craig is just possessive of his *art*.
Craig/Calliope was definitely THE major artist in Cheep Effects. Poet, multIinstrumentalist, vocalist and I was the techie! *I* quoted the NAME of the band. On our first recording, *I* said "This is a serious recording of the Cheep Effects" and then ".....Mr Uniform!! WE began recording on my Pioneer Ctf 1000 cassette machine!

*I* fucking hate you.
Because I correctly observed as a RN/BSN that your particular mental heath disorder is Narcissistic Personality Disorder? Hurts to be outed, eh? Now you are all hateful towards me about it.

I always knew there was something just a little "off" in your personality and I had to go to Nursing School to find out what it is. NPD! You typify EVERY sign and symptom, which I have listed here before!

I am very well controlled Bipolar Disorder. I just walked down to the Metrolink station to take the Metro down to BJC to get my Seroquel prescription! 90 tabs of 25mg each, Seroquel HS. I take one at bedtime every day!

I can't believe that I used to take a 200mg Seroquel! But I backed it down to 25mg with my MD's approval.

Even 200 mg wasn't enough. You need heavy doses of more powerful
anti psychotics.

True, and he should take it in the morning when it will do the most good
during the day. I wonder why he took the Metrolink? Did he crash his
Leaf into something again or forget to charge it? Hmmmm.

BTW, next time I get my prescription for treating Ulcerative Colitis
refilled I'll be sure to notify everyone on RFC, I know ya'll can't wait
to hear about my getting a refill. <snork>

John, seems your vegetarian diet would be close to making that easy to
handle but here's some things that handle it for me. In my case,
Tramadol for back pain but not used often.

These foods may be ones you eat but do not mention.

Fruit, as in more than just a little slice. Eat a whole orange each
day would be a good one. Plums are good too.

Leafy greens (cabbage is fine, so is mustard plants).

More fats in the diet may be needed since you eat very little meat.

More water may be needed. Lots of folks only drink 3 cups a day but
with a high vegetable based diet, they need more water to activate the
fiber properly. Adding a little juice to the water can spark it up and
make it really good.

Carol loves you, John, and when Mr. Shinklehooper kicks the bucket,
she can present you with a well kempt anus/rectum/colon for you to
enjoy. Perhaps she tells him that when he precedes her to the grave,
that her ass will be well taken care of by another true ass man. But be
gentle, John. She's an old lady, and no doubt her rectum is not as
pliable as that of a young porn star.

Well hey, since Carol replied I'll reply to you.

My UC is very mild and well controlled and has been for years. I can
and do eat a wide variety of foods and I'm not stuck in a rut eating a
boring VSTD meal week in, week out.

At least I'm not Manic-Depressive and mostly MANIC, ranting about a
bunch of bullshit every day because I cut a dose of prescribed mental
medication and started ranting about CBD oil and a "cuppa plus" making
things all better. It obviously hasn't.

I sincerely doubt he eats a lot more otherwise he'd crow about it. Oh,
he hasn't mentioned making TOFFEE lately or giving it out to people who
will vote for him when he runs for Mayor. I guess he ran out of garlic
and potatoes, too.

Glad your UC is mild. I gather it's not a fun one to have at all.

I get random spates of constipation due to tramadol. I take it seldom
and have learned to live around it with diet.

That's the hope. He did start mentioning other vegetables added and
maybe me nagging him helped that happen.

Cabbage is very inexpensive and would be a good match to his simple
diet. Add some carrots and onion and he'd have a nice simple stir fry.

It's not widely used here as it can be addictive but it's good for
severe spinal issues when they flair up. Happens 2 or 3 times a year,
that all I can do is sit at the computer for a few days.

It's like I'm not personally delighted to be clocking in at 107lbs this
morning but my spine doc says it's a good weight for me. I'm in the
lower but still normal end for my height/age/frame. I just know I feel
better at say 112-115.

UC, eh Jill? Sorry about that. :-( I at least don't have UC!
Just constipation from my Seroquel!

(snipped Jill by accident)
John, seems your vegetarian diet would be close to making that
easy to handle but here's some things that handle it for me.
In my case, Tramadol for back pain but not used often.
These foods may be ones you eat but do not mention.
Fruit, as in more than just a little slice. Eat a whole orange
each day would be a good one. Plums are good too.
Leafy greens (cabbage is fine, so is mustard plants).
More fats in the diet may be needed since you eat very little meat.
More water may be needed. Lots of folks only drink 3 cups a
day but with a high vegetable based diet, they need more water
to activate the fiber properly. Adding a little juice to the
water can spark it up and make it really good.
Heh Tramadol is my regular thing too. I haven't ever heard of that
from a USIAN before:)
It's not widely used here as it can be addictive but it's good for
severe spinal issues when they flair up. Happens 2 or 3 times a
year, that all I can do is sit at the computer for a few days.
It's like I'm not personally delighted to be clocking in at 107lbs
this morning but my spine doc says it's a good weight for me. I'm
in the lower but still normal end for my height/age/frame. I just
know I feel better at say 112-115.
Mine are nothing to do with weight, just for pain. I have a lot of
problem with my shoulders and arms.
Mine are also for pain Ophelia. Tramadol doesn't make you gain or lose
weight.

I need a lot every day and I am very grateful for them.
I am very pleased they work for you. Nothing else works properly for me!
Me either. I still hurt with them but don't hurt as bad and don't care
as much about hurting then.

I am very pleased you are feeling happy with your weight:)))
Keep it up:)))
Well, I'd like to gain about 5lbs but I'm ok overall. ;-) Thanks!

BTW, THanksgiving plans firmed a bit last hour or so. Looks like Kurt
and Shanika also host. Kurt is suggesting he do a big ham and run some
to me and Shanika, while she and I do a Turkey and share back to him.
Used to be we did that the same way but all converged at one place.
This time we just have to run some about. Our Thanksgiving is last
Thursday of November. Canadian one is in about 2 weeks? Lots of time
to plot it out!

Bryan G. Simmons and
Craig/Calliope Kurtz

I told you that if you didn't SHUT THE FUCK UP about me, that I'd become your enemy, with
all that implied.
